That any KYC, AML, or CDD review will result in a positive outcome
That the possession of a professional website will satisfy the requirements of any bank, fintech, compliance officer, or verification system
That any business account, payment gateway, or merchant account will be granted or maintained as a result of the Service

3.2 Independence of Financial Institution Decisions

Decisions regarding the opening, maintenance, limitation, or closure of bank accounts and fintech accounts are made exclusively and independently by those financial institutions based on:

Their proprietary internal risk policies and underwriting criteria, which may change at any time without notice
Applicable banking regulations, AML laws, sanctions compliance requirements, and prudential standards
Their independent assessment of the Client's business model, industry, jurisdiction, beneficial ownership, source of funds, and risk profile
Factors that are entirely outside the knowledge, control, or influence of OZEØN LLC

3.3 No Liability for Adverse Financial Decisions

Rejection or denial of any bank account application
Closure, freezing, blocking, or limitation of any existing bank, payment, or fintech account
Rejection by any payment processor, acquiring bank, or financial infrastructure provider
Loss of access to payment systems or financial services of any kind

Adverse outcomes — including banking rejections or compliance failures — that result from false, misleading, or incomplete business descriptions
Any regulatory or legal consequences arising from misrepresentation of the Client's business in materials we have produced

5. Third-Party Agents and Resellers
