Refund Policy

1. Our Position on Refunds

OZEØN LLC operates a strict no-refund policy for the Business Presence Kit service ("Service").

The nature of our Service involves:

  • Immediate third-party costs — domain registration fees are paid irrevocably to third-party registrars within minutes of order confirmation and cannot be recovered under any circumstances
  • Irreversible infrastructure provisioning — hosting environment, SSL certificate, and email accounts are activated at the start of service delivery
  • Professional time and expertise — design, copywriting, and technical configuration begin immediately upon intake form submission
  • Fast delivery — the Service is typically delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving client information, meaning work is substantially underway or complete very quickly

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept that the Service is non-refundable.


2. The Only Exception: Early Cancellation Before Domain Registration

The sole circumstance in which a partial refund may be considered is if:

  1. You contact us at info@presenceready.com within one (1) hour of completing payment, and
  2. We can confirm that the domain has not yet been registered in your name

If both conditions are met, we may issue a refund of 90% of the amount paid. The remaining 10% covers payment processing fees, administrative handling, and any preparatory work already undertaken.

Important: Domain registration typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. In practice, this cancellation window will rarely be available.

This exception does not apply if:

  • More than one hour has elapsed since payment
  • The domain has already been registered (regardless of time elapsed)
  • Any design, setup, or configuration work has been started

3. Order Abandonment — No Refund After 7 Days of Inactivity

Orders require the Client to submit a company intake form in order to proceed with delivery. If the Client fails to submit the intake form within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation:

  • The order will be deemed abandoned
  • OZEØN LLC reserves the right to cancel the order automatically
  • No refund will be issued

This policy is commercially necessary because domain reservation, hosting provisioning, and administrative processing begin at the time of order. OZEØN LLC sends up to five (5) reminder emails over 7 days giving the Client ample opportunity to complete the required intake form.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or completing the form, you are required to contact us at info@presenceready.com within the 7-day window.


4. No Refund After Work Has Begun or Service Has Been Delivered

Once any of the following has occurred, no refund will be issued under any circumstances:

  • Domain registration has been processed
  • Hosting environment has been provisioned
  • Design or copywriting work has commenced
  • The website has been delivered and made accessible at the agreed domain

Post-delivery, our obligation is limited to making reasonable corrections if the delivered website materially fails to conform to the agreed specifications. Stylistic preferences, subjective opinions, or requests outside the original brief do not constitute grounds for a refund or non-acceptance.


5. Absolute No-Refund Scenarios

The following circumstances never entitle the Client to a refund:

  • Rejection of a bank account application at any financial institution (Mercury, Relay, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Brex, Airwallex, or any other)
  • Account freezing, limitation, or closure by any bank or fintech platform
  • Failure to pass KYC, AML, or compliance reviews
  • Dissatisfaction with any third-party decision
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Business circumstances changing after purchase
  • The Client providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information that affects the result

Our Service delivers a professional digital presence. It does not guarantee any banking, payment processing, or compliance outcome.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you are required to contact us at info@presenceready.com and allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to resolve the matter in good faith.

OZEØN LLC maintains comprehensive records of all service delivery stages, including:

  • Order and payment confirmation
  • Domain registration confirmations
  • Hosting and email activation records
  • Client intake form submissions
  • Design deliverables and client communications
  • Website delivery notifications

This documentation will be submitted to the relevant payment processor in response to any chargeback filed. An unjustified chargeback — filed after the Service has been delivered as agreed — constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. The Client agrees to reimburse OZEØN LLC for the full disputed amount plus any chargeback fees, processing fees, legal fees, or administrative costs incurred as a result.
